*Unlike the basic diagnostic services, with the advanced service we troubleshoot all of your hardware and software, as opposed to just the usual suspects that would normally cause crashing, poor performance or other issues, and provide an estimate of any neccessary hardware fixes, as opposed to just troubleshooting and making any neccessary software changes.
+This doesn't include reformatting and reinstallation of your operating system, but rather applies to any third party software you need installed and configured.
**This includes full reformatting of the hard-drive, and installation of your operating system of choice, including basic configuration and minor data backup.
++The cost variation is based on difficulty and time put into the solution in question, as both Liquid Damage and Data Backups tend to take some degree of trouble-shooting and labour hours.
